10k. ha ha ha ha ha. Actually it starts to hurt about that stage. your muscles start to seize up one by one. cramp then sets in. your muscles go pop and if your really unlucky your legs fall off. apart from that, anyone wanting to do the 10k. good on you.

Do you know I am quite sad the season is nearly at an end, and what a season. Starting out with 3 and gaining a fourth team (didn't they do well). Congratulations to Andy for his efforts, sometimes at a struggle and well done to all the boys in the "B" Team. Mick and I are proud of you. Next year lets keep the bookings down though. Tony and the "A" team in there own way have had a rocky season, but again kept themselves out of relegation with a smile and swear up as only Tony can do. And what a rocky season the reserves have had, but at last pulled it off to keep themselves in Division 1, lets hope next year will be more stable. Talking about stable the first team - what a ride. Starting off really well, losing, gaining, losing and gaining players as they went. All I can say is thank you to all the ones that stayed, helped out, rejoined and stuck at it. I am very proud to be your "Mum". Looking forward to the last games and presentation, then I think I may just forget about football for about a week. Luv you all have a great summer and a rest (apart from the 1st team and Reserves who still have a game of course). Thank you to our Managers, supporters, players and of course my young Michael who makes it all happen. Big kisses. MO XXXXX

Lads, great performance on saturday, 110% effort by everyone involved. i think that the lads that didn't turn up on Saturday and didn't let Mike know should show a little more respect for what Mike and Mo do for the club. it is not too much to ask for to show a little courtesy and call Mike to let him know you can't play for whatever reason. Thanks to the boys from the reserve team who stepped in and done a fantastic job ob saturday. Mike, Mo once again thank you for everything you do for the players and the club, is been fantastic to keep on playing for the club with you guys involved :-)

Johnny Mac, you have a good memory mate. Cheers for that i will have a look in the sale. Echoeing what Deano has already said it would be great to have you back at the club for next season mate, your drive and enthusiasm really inspire the team. Take it easy mate and hope to see you back soon. Ridsy

just like to say cheers to dean, kind words and it has really touched me. its something im definately going to consider if management will have me back, but for now mate keep your chin up. also a message to rids. you told me you get your furniture from topaz. its having a closing down sale from now till saturday because its gone into liquidation, everything is half price. mike can you get this message to rids cause ive lost his number. also is it a coincidence that since kirk austin left, the team has slightly under performed. just a thought. bring back kirk as well

given up being captain was hard for me, it's something i really didn't want to do and i definately havent given up on it but i realise i do need help, so i call on a former player, an innovator, a motivator, a leader, a calming influence, a shoulder to cry on, a good looking lad, one of the best centre halves ive ever had the privalege of playing football with and a friend. i call on john mac. john, please if you can find it in your heart come back next season. with love dean
